By accessing and using the Softpee platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Softpee reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Users must provide accurate information during registration and maintain the security of their account credentials. Users are responsible for all activities conducted under their account. Any misuse or unauthorized access must be reported immediately.

Sellers must ensure all software listings are accurate, legally owned or properly licensed, and free from malicious code. Sellers must provide honest descriptions and functioning demo materials. Violation of these guidelines may result in account suspension.

Softpee charges a standard commission of 20% on all software sales. Commission rates may be negotiated for high-volume sellers. All fees are deducted before payment disbursement to sellers. Detailed fee breakdowns are provided in the seller dashboard.

Sellers retain ownership of their software and intellectual property. By listing on Softpee, sellers grant the platform a non-exclusive license to display and promote their software. Buyers receive usage rights as specified in individual software licenses.

In case of disputes between buyers and sellers, Softpee will act as a mediator. Both parties agree to participate in good faith dispute resolution. If mediation fails, disputes may be escalated to the appropriate legal authorities under Thai law.

Softpee acts as a marketplace platform and is not directly responsible for the quality of third-party software. While we review all listings, we do not guarantee the performance of individual software products. Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.
